Yes, electrical works are carried out by NICEIC electricians with EICR testing and certification. Gas works are handled by Gas Safe engineers with commissioning records provided at handover.
Can you handle underfloor heating?
We install and commission underfloor heating, balance zones and explain controls. Your handover includes test results and simple tips to keep the system efficient.
How do you minimise disruption while trades are on site?
We schedule works in sequence, protect routes and manage dust daily. You get weekly updates and a clear plan so rooms come back into use quickly.
What documents do I receive at the end of the job?
You receive certificates, manuals and warranties, plus any EICR or Gas Safe records. We also provide a short care guide and are on hand for 6 months of aftercare.
Can I book individual trades or do I need the full package?
Either works. Many clients start with electrics or heating upgrades, then add plastering, floors and decorating. Tell us your priority and we will stage the rest sensibly.
